Restrictions

Before making a booking, please note the following restrictions are applied for the benefit of all guests.

1. No smoking anywhere on the premises.

2. Quiet, well-behaved children only. Children must be accompanied by an adult responsible for their behaviour

3. No pets.

4. Minimum stay is one week. Changeover day usually Saturday.

4. A £100 security and breakage deposit is required. This will be refunded on departure.

5. Credit/debit card payments are subject to a 2% handling fee.

6. Facilities of the house are for resident paying guests only.

7. This is a quiet house. Noisy behaviour is not acceptable.
