is located in the West Hoe area, close to the city centre, the Hoe and the Barbican. From the front there are views of Millbay Dock and Marina, Drake's Island, Plymouth Sound and the Cornish coastline.
It is arranged as a self contained flat and a maisonette.
The 1st floor self-contained flat sleeps 4. It is newly refurbished and has 1 double and 1 single bedroom with an additional sofa bed in the living room, a kitchen and bathroom.
The maisonette sleeps 6 in 3 double rooms and has 2 bathrooms, a kitchen/diner and secluded garden with patio. Both flats are fully furnished and equipped. The rent includes heating and hot water.
Change over is normally Saturday, other days by arrangement.
Car Parking is available outside free for one hour during the day and after 4 pm, by purchase of tickets from an on-street meter, or by advance purchase of a tourist permit from the tourist office.
